As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern our Refund Policy. When you buy a training course from us, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.
For Classroom Training
To qualify for a refund, you must:
Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing your course.
Once the training arrangements are booked, there won’t be any refund.
All cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the commencement date of the training.
For Online Training
To qualify for a refund, you must:
Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing your course.
Once the training starts, there will be no refund.
Once you have access to online study materials, there will be no refund.
Important Note
Any refund request failing to meet all of these requirements will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
For Instructor-Led Training & Classroom Training, Awon Learning reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class/session due to any unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, Awon Learning will reschedule the cancelled class/session.
